• Must have experience maintaining and overseeing large - enterprise compute and data center infrastructure through CISCO UCS
• centralized management and configuration of mission critical infrastructure
• Experience vetting and performing code upgrades to server and fabric infrastructure
• Build and configure servers (Cisco UCS)
• Strong experience in design, management, and implementation of enterprise compute infrastructure through CISCO UCS.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in server/compute, fabric infrastructure, data center operations, and networking
• Participate in long term strategic planning of data center infrastructure and compute architecture
• Experience with virtualization (VMware) and storage infrastructure (NetApp)
• Experience with automation Ansible/Python Highly Desired
• Fundamental public cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Understanding of various operating systems including Windows/Linux
• Data center cable management, power, racking and decommissioning, and environmental experience and best practices
• Willing to work in a 24/7 on call rotation and respond to incidents onsite if necessary
• Strong attention to detail, solid oral/written skills, ability to socialize complex concepts to wide variety of audiences
• Strong documentation experience
• Experience with vendor management, budget planning, and asset management
