• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Windows and Linux-based application or infrastructure issues
• Experience in Service now ticket handling and Support projects experience
• Network technologies ( TCP/IP , 802.11 , DNS , DHCP)
• Working experience of Autonomous Guided Vehicles(AGV)
• SQL , SQL administration and SQL management Studio
• RTLS - real time location service
• Manufacturing Experience
• Experience with any of the AGV robots from MIR , Autoguide or any other AGV vendor
