Job Responsibilities:

  • Good Knowledge on working on Production Support (AMS) Projects
  • L1 and L2 Analysis with troubleshooting of issues by Log analysis
  • Good knowledge on Ticket/Incident Management using JIRA or Service Desk
  • Good experience on usage of Monitoring Applications tools like Datadog, AppDynamics to monitor health of Services/Infrastructure
  • Understanding of Service/Infrastructure related Alerts
  • Good to have knowledge on Outage Handling/Escalations
  • Good to have worked on Telematics Domain
  • Good to have any programming, testing, server restarts/deployment knowledge
  • Smart worker, and technically sound
