Job Responsibilities:
- Good Knowledge on working on Production Support (AMS) Projects
- L1 and L2 Analysis with troubleshooting of issues by Log analysis
- Good knowledge on Ticket/Incident Management using JIRA or Service Desk
- Good experience on usage of Monitoring Applications tools like Datadog, AppDynamics to monitor health of Services/Infrastructure
- Understanding of Service/Infrastructure related Alerts
- Good to have knowledge on Outage Handling/Escalations
- Good to have worked on Telematics Domain
- Good to have any programming, testing, server restarts/deployment knowledge
- Smart worker, and technically sound
