• Proven Mainframe to Cloud migration experience in particular Mainframe to AWS Cloud. 
• Proven experience in Mainframe modernization techniques i.e. Rehosting, Reengineering, Refactoring, APIfication, Database Migration.
• Should have experience in conducting large scale Enterprise level portfolio analysis / rationalization experience. 
• Should have very strong Modernization consulting experience , towards recommending right modernization strategy to customer and also build associated modernization roadmap. 
• Proven Legacy Modernization experience with strong experience in Architecture, Consulting , Solutioning , Estimation, Business case creation. 
• Should have Knowledge of Architectural Principles , Methods and Tools. 
• Should have strong IBM Mainframe experience i.e., COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS etc. 
• Knowledge on Cloud native technologies especially AWS cloud native components.
• Exposure to Open source / No SQL databases. 
• Knowledge on various Mainframe migration tools and techniques. 
• Very strong customer facing and convincing abilities. 
• Excellent communication and Articulation skills. 
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven Specialization in Technology and/or Domain areas with at least 1 Primary and 1 secondary area of specialization.
