• At least 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HR projects only
• Experience with SAP ABAP HR RICEFW developments using LDB, BAPI s
• Individual with minimum 1 Implementation experience on S/4 HANA and ECC 6.0 EHP8 Projects
• Ability to debug, experience with SAP Custom interfaces (IDocs, Webservices) and reports
• Expertise on solutioning /data migration/Training Management
• 3rd Party Interface with tools like Kronos, KABA etc.
• Good to have knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors Replication and BADI s
• Writing of technical specifications for ABAP custom solutions and interfaces
• Working with the business users to define scope and gather business requirements
• Testing and rollout of the final product
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to guide/mentor the technical team
• Working on Onshore and Offshore model, coordination with Offshore team
• Be skilled in working with cross - functional teams
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
