• Build and document understanding of business process and data, Map process with data and IT systems (ERP, Master data etc.), Map a data Integration and acquisition plan.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with Business and IT stakeholder
• Layout requirement and specification
• Help project/delivery manager to build technical Delivery plan, Roadmap, Project charter
• Conduct meetings and Demo with IT and Business Leads for Project Deliverables alignment, milestone alignment, progress update, Risk mitigation plan and technical/functional highlights
