Detailed Job Description:
HDS CtB Portfolio function, providing delivery analytics and financial reporting .HDS Program Managers and PMOs with cascading requests and consolidating feedback of delivery artifacts. As needed, backfill PM to manage a small project reporting into a Program Manager. Key Responsibilities HDS Sub Portfolio and PM Support role will work with a global team of Portfolio leads, PMs or PMOs to Provide expertize in OnePPM tool Prepare custom reports to meet Service owner needs, financial or resource que
Activities:
- Own the core project plan with MS project. Obtain updates and keep the plan up to date. Report to management critical path issues etc.
- Compiling/developing committee decks including regulators
- Taking minutes, formally document and facilitate updates.
- Follow up / chase down updates to key activity progress from each owner.
- Performing updates to project plan (activities, timelines and critical patch)
- Providing management with updates both verbal and written
- Help facilitate workshops and prepare materials
