Detailed Job Description:

• At least 4 years of experience in Banking Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing migration projects of large On-Premises Skype for Business voice user accounts (minimum of 100,000) into MS Teams
• At least 2 years of experience in implementing projects for any of these areas: Voice/Telephony Systems Deployment, Video Conferencing System design and deployment. Integration of various UC systems
• At least 2 years of experience in reviews of design, technical specs, existing journey maps, personas etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in Roadmap and capability building UC
• Good understanding of VoIP, SIP, RTP and RTCP standards
• Knowledge of UCaaS systems and OEM vendor landscape
• Worked on integrated UC environment for Voice
