 Sr. .Net Developer for web/mobile apps

This developer will need to be very well versed and knowledgeable in at least the skills mentioned above. S/he must be able to take high-level specs and not only implement the code, etc., but also provide input into the process to help shape the overall solution. 
The person must be capable of advanced back-end development in .Net/SQL and ALSO be capable to perform front-end development (I.e. Slicing up a PSD, development a cross-platform compatible UI on web/mobile, and ensuring multi-browser compatibility.
