• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master to refine and define the sprint backlog
• Work closely with Business and IT teams to help achieve all project deadlines
• Work with Product Owners and help create update Product Roadmap
• Create documentations like training materials, message specifications, technical functional design as applicable and identified during Sprint priority
• Ensure all Jira board items are completed by documented deadlines and work with the Scrum Master to maintain and groom the Jira
