• EUC (End user computing)/ Workplace Services engineer
• Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops and tablets
• Knowledge of AD & Windows 10
• OS Imaging knowledge
• Inventory and Ticket management
• Deskside and white glove support experience
• Knowledge of Intune would be a big plus.
