Job Duties: 

• Analyze business requirements and converting them to technical details.  
• Design and develop end-to end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions or projects based on requirements gathered from client and interviews.  
• Design and develop complex logics for business Processes, dashboards and reports using SQL Server reporting services (SSRS)to allow business users to make informed decisions.  
• Develop automated scripts, extract, transform and load data as per requirements using Microsoft SQL Server Integration server (SSIS)  
• Monitor incidents/ issues occurred in project, conduct root cause analysis of the issues, identify and evaluate different workarounds/solution alternatives and implement the optimal solution.  
• Integrate dashboard reports into the organization portal securely for external client accesses.  
• Provide production support for assigned production servers. Tasks include but not limited to incident investigation (root cause analysis), service restoration, problem resolution, documentation and on-call after hour availability.  

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
