• Should have minimum experience of 7 years in J2EE Development
• Should have minimum experience of 4 years in Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Bootstrap Development
• Experience with Front End technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, ReactJS, Angular
• Strong experience in software design and development.
• Ability to collaborate with Architects on development and design.
• Excellent client facing and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate and build POCs, make recommendations around J2EE and DevOps related technologies
• Ability to work with evolving requirements and in true Agile fashion
• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, Non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Experience working in and have good understanding of Development process like Agile, waterfall
• Having good analytical ability
• Having good communication skills is must as the role requires to perform regular discussion with client and business teams for eliciting the requirements
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
