Detailed Job Description:
- Good knowledge on Sales, Service, Commerce cloud systems and SFDC project implementations.
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis task
- Driving and Implementing business process improvements in sales operations through CRM Solutions
- Strong customer focus (both internal & external) and understanding of CRM principles and strategies
- Extensive experience in writing Apex class, Visualforce pages, Batch Apex, Apex Triggers, Test Classes, and Force.com IDE. Integration (REST & SOAP API), Configuration, Data model, Data Migration
- Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Aura (High preferred).
- Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration (Workflow, Validation rules, Profiles, Roles, users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Reports, Dashboards)
- Hands on experience in SOAP, REST, API in Force.com Platform preferred
- Expertise in SOQL & SOSL queries, Tested workflow and trigger rules, Profile and Role based conditions with permission sets, Page Layouts, Approvals process, Custom Objects-Custom fields validations, Relationships, Email Services, Custom fields Formulae Validation rules, Field dependencies, Reports, Tasks and Events and Integrations.
