Detailed Job Description:
- Understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2019 Hybrid Environment Setup with Exchange Online and on-premise, Office 365, Teams, Outlook connectivity, Free busy, MRM, DLP/E-discovery etc.
- Scenario handling, Troubleshooting Approach, Distribution Groups, OWA, and Outlook, Retention Policy and Retention Tags, XADM, XCSI & XCON.
- Command over client-server integration, Exchange Server security updates and mail flow concepts.
- Prior customer support experience
- Experience in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge with others through training delivery and/or mentoring.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent customer handling skills
- Implement Active Directory RBAC model to secure the AD environment
- Provide internal technical training to Advisory personnel as needed.
- Support Managed Services team on client calls as necessary.
