- Willow Inpatient or Willow Ambulatory certification including current NVTs for 2020 with 3-5 years of charging/adjudication experience
- Specializes in leading, managing, and supporting Epic Willow Implementations and optimization projects
- Demonstrated strength and professionalism when meeting and communicating with all levels of business
- Applicants needs to be proficient at self-learning, as little to no foundational content or documentation is currently available
- Critical out-of-the-box thinking desired
- Experience in Epic
- Charging/Adjudication
- Supplies and Supply Mix build
- BPA and alternative build
- Extensive familiarity with custom properties and rule build
- Patient lists and filters
- Interface mapping, build, maintenance and reconciliation
- Security
- Willow Inventory certification/proficiency
- Professional Billing certification/proficiency
- EpicCare Ambulatory certification/proficiency
- Infusion medication build/maintenance
- Current RPh is preferred but not required
