• Interacting with client stakeholders like project management, PO, BA etc.
• Managing multiple project teams.
• Provide the required clarity to offshore team members.
• Manage testing projects.
• Support business testing as needed.

Detailed Job Description:

• Atleast 10 yrs. of IT experience.
• Should have worked as functional manager in Mortgage Domain, specifically Origination.
• Should have directly interacted with client stakeholders and managed teams and projects. 
• Hands on experience in one of the major Loan Origination products like Encompass.
• Knowledge and Experience in Agile way of working. o
• Good Communication Skills, Learning Attitude and experience in Coordination between Client, Vendors and Offshore Teams.
