Top responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
- Managing and owning Technical Deliverables for a project
- Coordinating the efforts between cross functional & application teams
- Identify & manage technical dependencies and risk to the project
- Preparation plan for Go-Live and cutover activities
- Lead the progress of complete week deliverables for all related teams and present the progress to all client stakeholders on weekly basis
- Project deliverables schedule adherence and follow ups to meet SLA’s
