• As an Ariba Consultant / SAP Ariba Cloud On-Demand Sourcing and Procurement professional, you will design, implement, and deploy SAP Ariba-based supplier relationship management and procurement solutions (technology solutions that manage the methods and processes of modern corporate or institutional buying). 
• Implements the following Ariba Modules: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management and Procure-to-Pay.
• Provides second- and third-level technical support to the client’s Buyers and Suppliers.
• Attends team and client meetings and provides status reporting.
• Responsible for risk and issue resolution management.
• Provides information to determine future-state business process, configurations, etc.
• Coordinates activities between vendors and the client for functional and technical solution delivery.
• Ability to lead business process design workshops/discussions.
• Manages defect and change request escalations and resolutions.
• Tests and verifies monthly software release deployments.

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba Cloud On-Demand.
• Proficient level of experience with SAP Ariba Network (now known as SAP Business Network).
• Proficient level of experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay, Spend Visibility, Sourcing and Contract Management, and Supplier Information and Performance Management.
• Experience working with large IT ERP programs/applications would be considered an asset.
• Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
• Ability to work in an open, collaborative team environment.
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication with peers and clients.
• Must have or be able to qualify for a Government of Canada security clearance (minimum Reliability level).

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years’ professional experience working with SAP Ariba Cloud On-Demand solutions.
• Ariba training and certification would be considered an asset.
