• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Applied Information Technology
• Total IT experience of 6-8 years
• Experience with Manhattan WMoS, Manhattan Slotting and/or JMagic
• Logistics Center Operational Processes

• First level support of Warehouse Management application running in client’s distribution centers
• Incident management for issues raised by Warehouse operatives and client IT personnel
• Initiate action for system alerts generated by the Warehouse Management application
• Create runbooks and knowledge articles on new issues, fixes and methods
• Communicate and coordinate with level 2 support team for unresolved/complex issues

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
