Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve issues with Oracle Workflow and AME specifically for Oracle HRMS Self Service.
- Enhance and optimize business processes utilizing form personalization, OAF personalization and Oracle Workflow.
- Modify Payroll processes to meet new rules and regulations by setting up global values, balances, modifying Fast Formulas, creating new deduction or new earning.
- Develop new OBIEE reports, BI Publisher reports with an understanding of Noetix Views and Noetix workbench.
- Create technical documentation to be used as training and reference materials for IT staff and / or business users.
- Provides support, troubleshooting and upgrades for various software; develops and supports interfaces between applications; researches and maintains data integrity; and utilizes development tools to maintain applications, interfaces and reports.
- Communicates and coordinates regularly as appropriate, with others, to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of interdepartmental operations and activities.
- Designs, implements, evaluates and facilitates systems tests for new applications or enhancements to current applications.
- Develops detailed functional requirements and design specifications to drive software package configuration and custom system development that align with business goals and processes.
- Works with business teams to clarify system capabilities, application requirements, procedural needs and priorities within and between departments;
- Designs, develops, deploys and supports complex Interface solutions;
- Creates, debugs and runs SQL scripts to conduct data analysis, accuracy validation and data maintenance.
Skills and Technologies:
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS suite platform (Application Object library, Open Interfaces, APIs, Flexfields, Custom Library, Forms Personalization, OAF Personalization, Alerts, Oracle Workflow, Oracle AME, OA Framework).
- Experience on the use of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL *Loader Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, Shell Scripting.
- Experience working with various Oracle modules: Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Financials, Projects, Inventory, Order Management.
- Experience in gathering reporting and analysis requirements, documenting report specifications, implementing metadata layers including Physical, Business Model and Mapping, and Presentation layer.
- Worked extensively on Oracle BI Administration Tool, Presentation Services, Answers, & Interactive Dashboards and Security Implementation.
- Experience supporting OBIEE environment (preferably OBIEE 12c).
- Experience supporting and creating new reports utilizing Noetix Views and Workbench.
