• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies in planning and managing Enterprise wide Release management for J2EE based web applications
• Hands on experience in Release management, IT Services management across wide range of On premise applications. Cloud based applications is a plus
• Preparation and review of detailed Release Tracker, Checklist, Backup and Recovery collating from multiple application teams
• Good understanding of Build and Deployment process, CI, CD principles
• Co-ordinate across multiple stakeholder teams across IT Delivery, Infrastructure and Support teams
• Co-ordinate Release meetings, Release war room, Post production sync up meetings
• Competent in Agile execution Process
• Should have good Analytical and communication skills
• Ensure compliance to processes set by clients
• Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.
