• At least 10 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 10 years of experience in Experience leading FlexPLM upgrade to FlexPLM v11 & latest version of 12Solution development using Flex PLM.
• Must have Customization expertise using Flex PLM v10.2, v11 and good understanding of FLEX PLM UI (JSP, JSP Overrides, etc),
• Should have experience in Requirement Analysis and Effort Estimation, Testing and deploy solutions
• Should be able to play a consultant role and should be able to work with multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in the FlexPLM based application development, out of the box customizations.
• Manage teams of application engineers using agile development to deliver complex business systems.
• Estimating work effort, planning, organization, and implementing complex software projects.
• Strong Agile or other iterative methodology experience
• Experience in FlexPLM implementation, Data Migration, Integration by Custom API
• Data Migration from Legacy and V12 experience on PTC cloud implementation is must to have !
