Job Duties: 

•  Perform thorough analysis of the business requirements gathered, data analysis and tracing of data lineage based on the software development methodology. 
• Responsible for grouping the business requirements into Functional, Operational, Technical and Transitional requirements. 
• Provide high level ETL setups to extract raw data from various data sources to deliver refined, high tuned data to facilitate automated processing and analysis. 
• Extensively Involve in designing data models and ETL process to fetch data from source systems (CRMs - salesforce, survey files etc.) 
• Responsible for preparing Functional specification document, Business requirement document, technical design document (Low Level Design, High Level Design). 
• Implement a ETL process to transform source data by applying business logic and load into stage tables before pushing the data to Datamart’s/Datawarehouse. 
• Possess development experience in ETL tools using BTEQ scripts for Teradata, T-SQL, SQL Server (2016), Tableau and AutoSys 
• Responsible for ETL development using complex BTEQ scripts by 
  1. Mapping heterogenous data sources to target data structures 
  2. Extracting data 
  3. Cleansing and transforming the data 
  4. Loading data into the Datawarehouse and data marts. 
  5. Creating and storing metadata 
• Create Dimension and Fact tables for development of Enterprise Data Warehouse by performing Dimension Modeling. 
• Create T-SQL database objects writing complex Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, Views and Triggers and responsible for Performance Tuning. 
• Responsible for providing support to end users on data quality issues, data collection, mapping, aggregation and balancing functions. 
• Responsible to maintain the checklists for project execution, status reporting and escalation. 
• Responsible for SLA tracking for timely execution on scheduled jobs for various projects and review the reports as part of quality assurance. 
• As part of Business improvement process, hold timely meeting with business stack holders and Users, efficiency about the Dashboards, perform thorough analysis on process improvements and performance, update related artifacts and project trackers. 

Responsible for implementation and end to end deployment of code in UAT and PROD environments.  

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
