Detailed Job Description:

• 10+ Years in SAP Release or Change Management in SAP ECC and/or S4HANA
• Will be responsible for planning, preparation, implementation, and post implementation support of projects in SAP environment
• Serve as a thought leader, change agent, and coach with sap application teams to enable DevOps mindset, processes, and tools
• Strong Experience with SDLC
• Enable the transition from a release-based deployment to a CI /CD based integration and deployment of SAP applications
• Conduct weekly Change Approval Board Meetings to provide input in decision-making process, cross functional impact assessments and dependencies
• Support Emergency and Urgent changes to productions ensuring SAP RM oversight and governance
• Experience with Git/GitHub version control preferred
• Coordinating the facilitation and execution of the Transport and Deployment Process with Change Management
• Ability and flexible to work on Hands-on technical work as required by the Customer
• Familiarity with Basis and Testing practices and guidelines
• Coordinating and Running SAP Cutovers with the Project team. Gathering the requirement approvals to pass the Quality gate
