Must Have Skills:
- 10+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Plant and Fleet Maintenance
- 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.
- Strong experience in end to end Plant and Fleet Maintenance design and development including integration with other functional areas like RTR - Record to Report, Make to Deploy and procure to pay.
- Experienced in managing and leading small teams.
- Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the Plant and Fleet Maintenance (Bills of Material, Equipment Master, Maintenance Plans, Task List, PM Material Master, Work Center, Work/Entry Permits et al)
- Familiar with PepsiCo business processes and nuances related to Plant and FleetMaintenance including knowledge of solutions deployed within PepsiCo
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only):
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, Azure Dev Ops, Quality Center and MS Project

- Write business requirements, design documents and error free coding
- Provide support to functional team to identify the issue and resolution
