- Install, Configure and Administer 12.2 Oracle E-Biz Suite.
- Co-ordinate with various groups applying ERP software patches.
- Set up backups and monitor per the company standards.
- Refresh non-prod environments from prod.
- Monitor and set up alerts to maintain SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and fine tune Fusion MW and Concurrent Managers components and database queries.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages and utilities.
- Participate in on-call production support on a rotation basis.
- Provide DBA support for Enterprise Releases Deployments and Projects
- Provide technical guidance to software developers in data modeling and performance optimization techniques
- Follow established standards. Document new processes and procedures when appropriate. Promptly create Incident Reports to build/update Knowledge Base
- Knowledge on setting up EBS application accessible over internet (DMZ) would be a plus
- Additional knowledge on PostgreSQL or Mongo is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Information Systems or an equivalent with a minimum of 10+ years of experience.
- A minimum of 5 years managing 12.x Oracle EE and 12.1, 12.2 ERP Applications is required.
- Familiarity with WebLogic (oacore, oafm, apache) and SSO, SSL, SOA setups in ERP 12.2 is a must.
- Ability to fine tune the concurrent processing in large EBS environment
- Experience Administering and Optimizing TB databases on Linux systems
- Familiarity with Database Monitoring & debugging tools
- Ability to multi-task and work independently on projects
- Ability to effectively communicate, prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
