Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

1. Understand the business requirements and translate into technical specs
2. Participate in the technical design discussions and suggest implement technical improvements to the product
3. Share the technical expectations with offshore team and ensure a quality product is delivered taking primary responsibility
