Detailed Job Description:

• Min 7 years of experience in Managing Windows AND VMware environment
• Ready to relocate to Albuquerque or work from this location (Mon-Fri)
• Installing and managing the 6.0 and 6.7 VMware environment
• Clear understanding of VMware Vsphere Virtualization
• Experience of Exchange server and 0365 troubleshooting
• Understanding of CISCO UCS blade is expected.
• VMware ESXi management (Patching and upgrade)
• Scripting knowledge is required (Powershell / Batch file)
• Experience of supporting Citrix environment, Understanding of Citrix concepts like Citrix Director, Citrix Storefront and Citrix PVS
• Understanding of SCCM, Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Understanding of vulnerability remediation
• Clear understanding of Windows server infrastructure management and Active Directory
• Understanding of physical server and Dell (iDRAC) and HP (ILO) remote console issue troubleshooting
• Must have exposure to Data center operations if needed to boot up physical machines in case of hardware issues.
• Must have some exposure to management activities in terms of SLA reporting, escalation management.
• Should be excellent in written and verbal communication
