Detailed Job Description:

• Troubleshoot incidents reported during ops trial
• Work with product teams for defect fixes
• Categorize incidents and Resolve incidents
• Perform validation of services as needed
• Report incident metrics
• Document, track, and log defects
• Work closely with developers on testing issues/defects
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
• Write, execute, and maintain functional test cases
• No Remote Work allowed

Desired Qualification:

• 2- 3 years of experience working as an Operations engineer in Automotive environment
• Experience working with JIRA, Datadog, Kibana. Knowledge of JQL queries, JIRA Dashboards
• Experience in Telematics testing and testing using test benches
• Effectively and efficiently connect and collaborate with peers, development team, product owners and other subject matter specialists
• Strong troubleshooting skills along with the ability to breakdown complex issues.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Experience with testing REST/SOAP Web Services using Postman
• Agile development work experience
• Experience performing unit, system, system integration testing
• Desire to work in a fast paced, highly integrated, agile development environment.
