Detailed Job Description:

• Work on BAU incidents related to incidents/requests daily
• Monitor and raise alert as per escalation matrix in case of any major issue identified.
• Must be able to work independently using standard practices and procedures
• Support and co-ordination with the end user via Email/Chat
• Participate in special projects such as DR event and application upgrades

Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years
