Detailed Job Description:

  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP Basis and Netweaver Administration
  • Strong Hands on experience in SAP BASIS Administration tasks in Production Support , Capacity Planning and HA & DR setup
  • HANA 2.0 or S4 HANA experience is preferred
  • Plan and coordinate SAP maintenance activities like OS patching , upgrades and releases in coordination with other teams.
  • Perform core Basis functions (e.g., corrections, support packs, kernels, Ehps, HANA revision updates, transports)
  • Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems (environments include Sandbox, Development, QA and Production).
  • Experience with SAP installations, Upgrades , OS/DB Migration, System copies& refreshes and Performance Tuning
  • Minimum 2 end to end SAP Basis implementation full life cycle
  • Install, configure, maintain and support multiple SAP landscapes and 3rd party tools
  • Knowledge of technology stack for SAP ECC, Business Intelligence (BI/BW), Enterprise Portal (EP), SLD, NWDI, Process Integration (PI/PO), SAP Netweaver Gateway, Fiori, Web Dispatcher, SAP mobile Platform (SMP),SAP Content Server and SAP HANA
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions running on database technologies like HANA , MS SQL server and DB2
  • In-depth knowledge of integrating SAP with third party tools like Sabrix, BSI etc
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Netweaver JAVA solutions including enterprise portal, PI, NWDI and SLD
  • knowledge of SAP solution manager 7.2 technical configurations in charm, technical monitoring, EWA etc
  • Provide SAP Basis technical expertise in the development and implementation of SAP solutions to support Company’s business
  • Analyzing the impact of the proposed technical solutions. Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions
