• 10+ years of industry experience includes developing apps using Kafka, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and database
• Experience in developing Model View Controller (MVC) Architecture based applications using various frameworks 5.0 such as Spring, JDBC Template, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring IOC, Spring Cloud, Spring Kafka.
• Experience in Core Java concepts such as OOP Concepts, Exception Handling, Multi-Threading, Polymorphism, Collections Framework, I/O System, and JDBC.
• Should have cloud experience.
• Messaging systems, Kafka, TIBCO EMS, MSMQ, Amps Reliable messaging etc.
• Experience with version controls such as Github, BitBucket and CICD.
• Domain Expertise in Finance/Investment Banking.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deftly negotiate/interrogate, prioritize across technical and non-technical teams, influence decision makers and build consensus with teams.
• Should have strong thinking/analytical skills on complex business requirements or problem statements.
• Should have extensive experience in ALM tools JIRA/Confluence for documenting the requirements and user stories in with clear DOD/Acceptance criteria.
• Extensive experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and converting them into technical stories for developers to build out a product backlog while grooming and prioritizing it with the PO.
• Experience in scaled agile methodology with deep understanding of product development practices and application lifecycle management.
