Must Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of financial processes (A/R, A/P, deductions management), preferably within the consumer products industry
• Knowledge of and/or familiarity with relevant solutions preferred, including OpenText and High Radius
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing task and milestone-based work plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in formal and informal settings
• Experience managing and delivering projects with multiple partners involved (client, vendors, etc.)
• Creation and management of project control processes and assets (risks/issues log, scope control, deliverable completion)
• Strong relationship management skills with multiple levels of the organization and project team, and the ability to persuade and influence

Nice to have skills:

• Advanced proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project, including financial, and schedule performance reporting
• Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Develop, plan and schedule the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of all Projects
• Organize and control the activities of the area, assign Personnel to the various Projects and direct their activities
• Manage high complexity, cross-functional system implementation, maintenance, and integration Projects
• Understand and meet the Project sponsors’ expectations
