Detailed Job Description:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience needed in SAP Security having extensive related experience in HR Security
- Sound knowledge in HCM Security concepts including but not limited to Employee Self Service (ESS), Manager Self Service (MSS), OM/PA, Payroll and Time Administration
- Good understanding of Structural authorizations, PD profiles and related jobs.
- Security Implementation/Upgrade/Project experience in SAP ECC, BW, HCM, Solman, SCM, CRM, SRM, Fiori, HANA modules.
- Expertise in SAP Security Role design of SAP ECC (PP, WM, FICO, P2P), BW, HCM
- Coordinating with SAP Functional and Development Teams to arrive at sound SAP security solutions.
- Proficient in analyzing and articulating any gaps found in process and procedures adopted.
- Closely work with the team in achieving task and actively participate in building novel approaches for issues observed.
- Interact closely with end users on issues reported and support resolution.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
