Detailed Job Description:
- 8- 10 years of PM experience working on different types of Retail IT projects specifically in the areas of Marketing Technology, Loyalty programs.
- Responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that span across one or more application platforms, and multiple business units.
- Previous experience managing Waterfall and Agile/Scrum retail projects for Marketing Technology – Loyalty, Customer Data.
- Responsible for identifying risks, managing issues and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery within the defined budget.
- Ability to partner with IT Resource managers to determine resource allocations for projects.
- Manages and ensures resources are booking the appropriate forecasted hours to projects and adjusts allocations as needed during each phase of the project.
- Responsible for forecasting and managing the project budget; reviewing and tracking financials on a weekly basis. Prepares presentations for the IT Review board to keep them informed of the project’s progress and to request additional funding for projects, as needed.
- Responsible for keeping others informed about the project’s progress through meeting notes, status updates, leadership meetings, PlanView data, and project schedules.
- Adheres to Governance expectations and guidelines and supports Tractor Supply’s SDLC methodology.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, TEAMS, Microsoft Project)
- Experience with PlanView, JIRA, Ariba and SAP a plus.
- This position will report directly to the Marketing Program Manager.
