Must Have Skills:
  • Must have worked on security, hierarches, measures, aggregate tables, time dimension etc.
  • Must be able to analyze and debug report SQL for pure OBI
  • Must have knowledge of PL/SQL programming to populate custom tables required for reporting
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate must be willing to travel to client offices in Columbus, IN and Nashville, TN on need basis. This job needs less than 10% travel.

Detailed Job Description:

HR BI Consultant with strong knowledge on OBI RPD. The candidate must be able to analyze and debug report SQL for pure OBI, design of database objects and RPD. Candidate should have a good understanding, Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Application Maintenance, Quality reviews and Testing. Good Communication and presentation skills are also some of the mandatory skills for this role.
