The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent.
Role Description:
•Conduct Facilitated Workshops and meetings for requirements analysis.Work directly with the business users to identify, define, interpret and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of system requirements and processes.
•Strong organization and writing skills. Experienced developing graphic representations of complex business processes.
•Organize business information during the requirement gathering process
•Partner closely with other teams, identifying and articulating business needs.
•Help develop more effective solutions for the business
•Create project plans for information technology development and testing.
•Be involved in design specifications, test analysis, initial & ongoing user training, as well as implementation and support of financial orientated systems (Accounting, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Treasury, etc).
•Experience developing Report Specifications - define the purpose of a report, its justification, attributes and columns, owners and runtime parameters.
•Prepare comprehensive financial, statistical, technical, and narrative reports
