Detailed Job Description:

• API Connect – Job Description
• Experience in architecting and configuring IBM API Connect suite (API Manager / Developer Portal)
• Install, Upgrade, Maintain IBM DataPower Appliances (on-prem and Cloud, preferably AWS)
• Install, Upgrade, Administer IBM API Connect (on-prem and Cloud, preferably AWS)
• Setting up Gateway / DataPower as API Gateway in Cloud Environment
• Broad knowledge of web security standards relating to APIs (OAuth, SSL, CORS, JWT, etc.)
• Experience in implementing API security using oAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML etc
• Experience deploying systems using containers (OpenShift)
• Experience architecting and deploying DataPower gateways in multiple network zones
• Experience troubleshooting deployments and traffic on DataPower Gateways through multiple networks in Cloud environment
• Implement Best Practices for HA and Security
• Implement Logging and App monitoring mechanisms
• Build and Maintain CICD pipelines for DataPower and APIC activities
• Experience in providing solutions in the area of security and authentication, tokenization, Open Banking, API
• Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Understanding of differences between SOA and API design
