- Clear understanding of industry standard IT infrastructure platforms, terminology, and leading providers, for EUC
- Work with multiple vendors for EUC functions including client stakeholders
- Work in Various life cycle stages for EUC – including procurement, execution, ITAD etc.
- Expertise on Onsite and remote EUC locations function and solving / prioritizing HARD/ Soft IMAC.
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Planning/organizing — able to prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks.
- Quality control— demonstrates accuracy in configuration and documentation, with a desire for standardization.
- Dependability— consistently at work and on time, ensures follow-up with customers.
- Teamwork – works well with co-workers, including cross-training on technology.
- Experience with EUC, and Service Now.
- Sound knowledge of infrastructure and EUC functions
- Project experience with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS,
- Strong Vendor Relationship Management skills
- ITIL Global Process Experience preferred
- Familiarity with Service Now
- Experience operating with a PPM
