Job Duties:
- Responsible for Architecting and Designing secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications using industry standards, best practices and guidelines.
- Support design, implementation, and maintenance activities related to Identity Access Management (IAM) with products and tools such as SailPoint/ForgeRock/Azure/Okta/Ping, etc.
- Support Workforce and Customer IAM solutions/applications
- Evaluation of current processes against the defined industry and leading practices including industry standards such as the ISO 27001, NIST, CSF and other security and privacy controls
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop requirements to design and implement IAM solutions in alignment with corporate strategic goals
- Manage and be comfortable with any ambiguity, be agile and should handle any scope changes while the projects are in flight.
- Build Architecture Diagrams and process flow diagrams and other technical documentation
- Develop and maintain application workflows for Users such as Joiner, terminations, Rehires, Job Changes, Name Changes etc.
- Design and Implement Access requests and Access Certifications.
- Design and Support onboarding of new applications and their platform users.
- Support integration with Active Directory/other Industry standard directories
- Manage day to day activities of Offshore and Onsite team members with technical and process guidance.
- Enforce coding standards and best practices for both security and software engineering
- Managing end to end delivery of projects with hands on involvement in the development and configuration of IAM products
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
