Job Responsibilities:
- More than 6 years of experience in IT Service Operations entailing Incident / Change / Problem Management
- Should be able to manage stakeholder relationships technical teams & vendors for successfully executing concurrent projects
- Maintaining deliverables as per the defined guidelines along with elevation of service standards for operational excellence
- Good knowledge of Service Now for ITSM module
- Good understanding of Incident and Problem flow
- Implementation of ITSM in Infra Production support project
- Good understanding of Infra Production Support
- Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure their conformance with information systems goals and procedures.
- Follow the established standards for documenting tickets, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Interact with IT management frequently through timely reporting of ITSM activities, and with all team members on ITSM support and needs assessments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-8 years’ experience in ITSM
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of management under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Ability to provide guidance to others to improve team performance.
- Ability to communicate process information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and follow up on work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
