Job Responsibilities:

  • More than 6 years of experience in IT Service Operations entailing Incident / Change / Problem Management
  • Should be able to manage stakeholder relationships technical teams & vendors for successfully executing concurrent projects
  • Maintaining deliverables as per the defined guidelines along with elevation of service standards for operational excellence
  • Good knowledge of Service Now for ITSM module
  • Good understanding of Incident and Problem flow
  • Implementation of ITSM in Infra Production support project
  • Good understanding of Infra Production Support
  • Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure their conformance with information systems goals and procedures.
  • Follow the established standards for documenting tickets, configurations, and standard operating procedures
  • Interact with IT management frequently through timely reporting of ITSM activities, and with all team members on ITSM support and needs assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6-8 years’ experience in ITSM
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management under pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Ability to provide guidance to others to improve team performance.
  • Ability to communicate process information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and follow up on work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
