- 8+ years of QA experience in Functional testing and Information Technology experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Test Strategy, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & Reporting
- At least 4 years of strong experience in Agile Testing projects.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
