• Performance testing experience (5 - 7 yrs.) with LoadRunner working knowledge
• Experience J2EE, .Net, Cloud base application & Microservices
• Ability to create reusable performance test scripts
• Proficient in performance analysis, debugging and engineering activities
• Experience on monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk), correlating and analyzing test results to logical conclusions
• Contribution to design and implementation of framework
• Knowledge on Microservices, AWS services etc. (Good to have)
• CICD and Jenkin knowledge (Good to have)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Deeply self-motivated with the ability to work independently, coordinating activities within cross-regional and multi-functional teams
