• Endpoint Protection
• Monitoring for indications of compromise such intrusions, malicious activities, anomalies, traffic trend analysis and unusual behaviors
• Provide instant information for high severity alert to other IT stakeholders
• Keeping the protection software content and signatures up to date
• Generating client status reports for managed and unmanaged clients
• Antivirus coverage compliance
• Patch management on Antivirus management servers
• Implementing the changes in Endpoint Security policies according to the change management
• AV Signature testing before major rollouts
• Monthly report analysis / forecasting
