Job Details:

• Driven and motivated analyst with a minimum of 4+ years of working experience of SAP IBP Demand, S&OP, Supply & Respond Modules and SAP SAC Planning Tools is required
• 1+ full cycle implementation of S&OP process on SAP IBP platform is required
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field and 10+ years of IT experience in progressive IT roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
• CPI-DS experience is required
• Experience with analytics tools is required.
• Knowledge of the S&OP best practices, KPIs, tools / software is required
• Strong communications, influencing, and partnering skills

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with SAP APO Demand Planning
• Conversant with the latest technological applications (RPA, Machine Learnings, OCR, etc.) in the relevant line of business areas
• Experience with business process optimization methodologies & approaches preferred
• Broad business applications experience preferably in the Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Planning and Order Fulfilment areas
• Proven Agile project management experience working with mid-sized projects
• People management and development experience
• Ability to work with senior business leaders and executives
