Detailed Job Description:
- A minimum of 11 years of SAP Security and GRC application areas experience working in large and complex transformations
- Subject Matter Expert in the SAP Security and GRC space providing technical oversite, best practice guidance, and escalation help as needed during Project lifecycle, service management, and incident management
- Should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in security role authorization.
- Hands-on experience in designing roles blueprint/matrix for ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience designing FIORI roles and troubleshooting.
- Review system level authorizations for any audit compliance issues and provide fix.
- Implement best practices – monitoring for critical access, auto lock and unlock, etc.
- Understanding of HANA security.
- BI security knowledge is an added advantage.
- Should have experience supporting audits in the past
- Ability to follow-up and track progress across multiple applications and functional teams.
- Good understanding of SOX controls and Audit process
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager Authorization framework, role development and Solution Manager configuration/operations.
- Pharma industry experience
- Responsible to lead key design activities, milestones, and lead consensus discussions/alignment with key business stakeholders
- Responsible for solution design, proposals and end-to-end business process engineering and requirements mapping
- Demonstrated prior experience effectively collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver superior business outcomes.
- Expert experience in understanding and documenting customer requirements and specifications.
- Experience with multiple project lifecycle implementations and demonstrated knowledge of best practices for custom developed software implementations at large global, multi-national companies.
- Successful prior demonstration of productive business partner and supplier interactions and relationships.
- Ability to work in a team environment, analyze issues and synthesize feedback from all levels within the business and technical environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex technical environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes related to timelines.
- Ability and interest in learning new technologies quickly.
