Must Have Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CE development experience
  • Experience working with software test automation techniques Test Driven Development and Unit Test Frameworks
  • Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions
  • Understanding of CRM tools and related business processes
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex application problems

Nice to Have:

  • Hands on experience with extending the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform through configuration as well as code using Microsoft Power Platform, Workflows, Plugins and JavaScript with one or more of the following D365 Dynamics CRM modules Sales, Marketing, Customer Service.
  • X++ development using extensions and custom service development in X++ is preferred
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud, power platform experience, application architecture and design experience
