Detailed Job Description:

  • Experience with Federate identity management and access management solutions like PingFederate/Ping Access/Ping ID, ISAM is a plus.
  • Good Exposure to implementing security protocols like OAuth,SAML
  • Experience developing and deploying REST and SOAP web services.
  • Sound knowledge in one or more of the following technologies: IBM DataPower, Ping Federate/Ping Access and IBM ISAM
  • Working experience with IBM DataPower gateway appliance, implementing solutions using XSLT/XML, XPath, XQuery, Web services (SOAP & WSDL) is a plus.
  • 3-5 years technical experience working in a Unix/Linux environment along with a strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, and general IT infrastructure.
  • 3-5 years of experience within a technical services administration or level 3 systems engineering competency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand business requirements and provide automated, cost-effective solution design.
  • Develop solutions using ISAM/Ping Access/Ping Federation/Ping ID
  • DataPower administration is a plus.
  • Developing solutions using XML/XSLT/Java programming in DataPower.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to access management solutions like Ping Federate/Ping Access, IBM ISAM, IBM DataPower, etc.
  • Coordinate with the L1/L2 and other support areas of Enterprise Infrastructure on troubleshooting issues with the various technology suites supported. Follow up with 3rd party vendors to open and resolve trouble tickets.
  • Ensure appropriate monitoring is enabled for all Web security associated tools supported by the team.
  • Willingness to provide on-call support on rotational basis & participation in DR/DDoS events for Distributed Systems.
  • Oversee and/or perform comprehensive risk/vulnerability system assessments to identify vulnerabilities. This also includes providing reports on assessment results as well as risk mitigation and remediation plans.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Good troubleshooting skills related to access management infrastructure.
  • AWS certification is a plus.
  • Certifications in any one of these areas DataPower/IBM Security Access Manager/PingFederate will be a plus.
  • Documentation skills with a focus on detailed support procedures and technical configurations.
  • Expert knowledge of incident, problem and change management (ITIL) processes and ITSM tools.
  • Knowledge of AWS and other Cloud environments
  • Strong automation/ scripting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to lead others and work effectively in a team-oriented environment with onshore and offshore staff
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
