Detailed Job Description: 

• 8+ years of PHP back end development experience.
• This role can grow from a senior to a Lead position- looking for someone who wants to be engaged long term/grow within he org.
• 3+ years of Ecommerce Development experience (Magento is preferred but open to someone with experience with any Ecommerce platform).
• Can work well independently, limited direction, comfortable leading design discussions and making decisions.
• Good with NodeJS.
• 1+ years of NoSql experience or Mongo (Mongo is preferred, but others like Cassandra or Dynamo are acceptable).

Pluses:

• Magento experience (specifically 2.4).
• 1+ years of experience acting as a tech or dev lead (does not need to have lead people) – Thought leader, someone who takes initiative with.
• Micro Services Development experience.
• Integration work with SAP or ERP systems.
